Access to your stored goods within your self storage unit is available 7 days. Access times do vary from site to site, please check with the location to what there access hours are.
How Do I Access My Storage Facility?
Access to your storage unit is at your convenience, and you can come and go as often as you choose, (depending on the hours of access of the individual centre and subject to council approval).

How Do I Know My Goods Are Secure?
When you have loaded and secured your unit, you will need a good quality padlock to secure the items within your self storage unit. These can be purchased from Fort Knox at any time.
After securing your unit with a padlock, you are then the only person who keeps the key (unless you have authorised Fort Knox to hold a key on your behalf). Therefore, you are the only person with access to your storage space, which ensures that your possessions are kept safe.
In addition to this, at Fort Knox, we take security very seriously and offer a range of extra security measures to ensure that your possessions are secure including:
- Live-in caretakers
